Orange Crown Realty formed a joint venture with Keller Williams Heritage Realty in 2011 to create Orange Crown Realty Partners LLC, a member of KW Commercial. Orange Crown Realty Partners provides commercial leasing, sales, real estate tax abatement, and property management throughout Central Florida.

Jay G. Chaudhari

Mr. Chaudhari is the Managing Member and Co Founder of Orange Crown Capital, a distress real estate fund, where he has successfully raised and deployed capital for complex real estate transactions throughout Central Florida. Mr. Chaudhari is an experienced real estate developer and has managed an extensive real estate portfolio since 2003. Mr. Chaudhari has successfully completed development projects by working with local governments in the Central Florida area. Mr. Chaudhari specializes in all aspects of the acquisition, design and development stages of commercial properties. Mr. Chaudhari graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and holds an MBA from The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
